| 摘 要： | 目的]研究杂油719和杂油123及其亲本的品质特性。方法]通过比较杂油719和杂油123的主要农艺性状并测定两杂种及其亲本的含油量、硫苷含量和芥酸含量，分析了杂油719和杂油123的杂种优势。结果]杂油719的生育期比杂油123短5d左右，其主要农艺性状均优于杂油123。杂油719的含油量明显高于其亲本，其含油量分别为42．48％、36．11％和35．07％，表现出了杂种优势；杂油123的含油量与其亲本相近，没有表现出明显的杂种优势。杂油719的硫苷含量明显低于其亲本，分别为61．50、98．91和100．58μmol／g，表现出了杂种优势；杂油123的硫苷含量低于其亲本，但差别不大，没有表现出明显的杂种优势。杂油719和杂油123的芥酸含量均低于其亲本，表现出了杂种优势。结论]总体上，杂油719和杂油123均优于其亲本且杂油719的杂种优势更为明显；
