摘    要:蜡样芽孢杆菌是一种致病性病原菌,能引起胃肠感染和非胃肠感染。本研究从实验室分离的蜡样芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌1.026 0、巨大芽孢杆菌1.015 1、蕈状芽孢杆菌1.085 6和苏云金芽孢杆菌1.101 4这五株菌中提取蛋白,利用SDS-PAGE方法纯化,并测定出蜡样芽孢杆菌有3种分子量约为28.5、26.5和20.0 KDa的特征性蛋白,而苏云金芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌和蕈状芽孢杆菌则没有此特征性蛋白。

Abstract:Bacillus cereus is a causative agent in both gastrointestinal and in nongastrointestinal infections. The proteins were separated from Bacillus cereus, Bacillus cereus 1. 026 0, B. thuringiensis 1. 015 1, B. megaterium 1. 085 6 and B. mycoides 1. 101 4, then they were purified by SDS - PAGE. Finally, the three kinds of characteristic protein were got in B. cereus, and the molecular weights were approximately 28.5, 26.5 和 20 KDa, while the B. thuringiensis, B. megaterium and B. mycoides didn t have the three kinds of characteristic protein.
