茉莉及其家族成员非试管快繁技术研究

摘    要:利用非试管快繁技术,对广西横县“中华茉莉园”9个茉莉品系及11个茉莉家族成员品系进行了快繁试验研究。结果表明,绝大部分品系在非试管快繁苗床生根率达到75%以上,17个品系移栽成活率超过90%,仅越南茉莉一个品系移栽成活率仅为74.6%。从整个试验结果来看,非试管快繁技术能有效繁育各种茉莉及其家族成员品系,这将为“中华茉莉园”茉莉品系保护和广西横县茉莉产业发展打下坚实的基础。

Abstract:Nine cultivars and 11 family lines of Jasminum sambac were propagated by using efficient and rapid ex vitro plant clone technology.The results showed that the rooted percentage of the majority of cultivars reached 75%,and the survival percentage of 17 lines was above 90%.while the one from Vietnam was only 74.6%.From this experiment,efficient and rapid ex vitro plant clone technology could propagate the cultivars of Jasminum sambac and its family,which would lay a solid foundation for protecting the cultiva...
