摘    要:目的]建立微波消解一电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP—MS)同时测定动物内脏中金属元素的分析方法。方法]结合微波消解及ORS—ICP—MS技术,建立了同时测定动物内脏中多种金属元素的分析方法。结果]在优化条件下,12种元素在0~10mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法的检出限为0.038~0.219μg/L。当动物内脏样品中的添加水平为0.01~3500μg/g时,各元素的加标回收率为92.9%~104.1%。结论]该方法前处理简便、快速,检测准确,灵敏度高,适用于动物内脏中多种金属元素的同时测定。

Content Determination of Metal Elements in Animal Viscera by Microwave Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to establish the simultaneous determination method of metal elements in animal viscera by micro- wave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Method ] Combining microwave digestion and ORS-ICP-MS tech- nology, the determination method of many kinds of metal elements in animal viscera was established. Result ] Under the optimal conditions, 12 kinds of metal elements showed good linear correlation in the range of 0 - 10 mg/L and the linear correlation coefficients were more than0. 999. The limited range of this method was 0. 038 - 0. 219 μg/L. When the adding level in the animal viscera samples was 0.01 - 3 500 μg/g, the addition recoveries was 92.9% - 104.1%. Conclusion] This method was simple, rapid, with high accuracy and sensitivity. This method was suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple kinds of metal elements in animal viscera.
