摘    要:青岛被称为“品牌之都”。当前青岛市大力实施农产品品牌战略,出现了一批知名农产品。该研究运用SWOT模型分析了青岛市农产品品牌创建的自身优势和劣势,及市场外部的机会和威胁,提出了农产品品牌创建的战略措施。

SWOT Analysis of Brand Construction of Qingdao Agricultural Products

Abstract:Qingdao is known as the "Capital of Brands". Qingdao is greatly carrying out the brand strategy for agricultural products, with a batch of famous agricultural products launched and marketed. The superiority, weakness, opportunity and threats in the brand construction of Qingdao agricultural products based on SWOT model were analyzed, and some strategic measures in the brand construction were put forward.
