加强高职食品类专业顶岗实习考核评价的思考

摘    要:构建科学完善、操作性强的考核评价体系是检验高职院校食品类专业顶岗实习教学效果的重要依据。"三结合"的顶岗实习考核评价方式有利于加强企业、学校和学生共同参与顶岗实习的教学管理,有助于检验和保证顶岗实习的效果。简述了"三结合"顶岗实习考核评价方式的具体内容及评价方法,可为高等院校培养社会需要的人才提供实践依据。

Abstract:The construction of scientific and workable examination and evaluation system plays an important role in inspecting the teaching effect of post practice of food majore in higher vocational colleges.The Three Combinations examination and evaluation system means the combinations between enterprise examine and college examine,between process examine and performance appraisal,and between professional ability evaluation and comprehensive ability evaluation,which is benefit for strengthening the teaching management of post practice with the working together of enterprises,colleges and students,and ensuring the effect of post practice.The contents and methods of Three Combinations examination and evaluation system are introduced,which would provide practical basis for training talents for society need in colleges and universities.
