椰心叶甲自然感染绿僵菌的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:目的]为研究绿僵菌侵染椰心叶甲的部位、侵染的过程以及防治措施提供参考依据。方法]利用扫描电子显微镜对采自大田、自然感染绿僵菌的椰心叶甲虫体表面进行扫描观察。结果]椰心叶甲体表面自然感染绿僵菌的部位不仅在腹部与前胸的节间膜处,在腹部的两侧以及腹末节腹板的尾部,都观察到了大量已形成与感染密切相关的结构物质——侵染钉以及菌丝、孢子等。结论]绿僵菌对椰心叶甲侵染时在营养物质、pH值、温湿度等不同环境条件下,椰心叶甲虫体表面被破坏的程度有所不同。

Scanning Electron Microscopic Observation of Brontispa longissima Naturally Infected with Metarhizium anisopliae

Abstract:Objective]The purpose was to supply reference basis for studying the infection position and course of Metarhizium anisoplia on Brontispa longissima and its control measures.Method]The body surface of B.longissima naturally infected with M.anisoplia and collected from field was scanned and observed by using scanning electron microscope.Result]The positions naturally infected with M.anisoplia on body surface of B.longissima included intersegmental membrane of abdomen and manitruncus,two sides of abdomen as well as tail of its end sternal,where a large amount of structural matter closely related to infection had been formed and observed,such as infection peg,hypha and spore.Conclusion]Under different environment conditions of nutritive matter,pH value,temperature and humidity,when B.longissima was infected with M.anisoplia,the damaged degrees of body surface of the insect had some difference.
