青霉酸的化学脱毒效果试验

摘    要:为探讨青霉酸最有效的化学脱毒方法,采用碳酸氢钠、次氯酸钠、氢氧化钠和氯化钠等化学脱毒睦青霉酸进行了去毒试验。结果表明,碳酸氢钠对青霉酸脱毒效果最好,次氯酸钠和氢氧化钠次之,而氯化钠对青霉酸的去毒效果不佳,用3.00%的碳酸氢钠处理青霉酸只需1d,就能达到理想的去毒效果。

Abstract:To find out the most effective chemical method in detoxifying penicillic acid, an experiment was conducted by using sodium bicarbonate,sodium hypochlorite,sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride. The results showed that sodium bicarbonate was the most effective chemical in detoxifying penicillic acid. Sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide were relatively effective,while the effectiveness of sodium chloride in detoxifying penicillic acid was not obvious. Sodium bicarbonate at 3.00% level had an ideal effectiveness of detoxification when it was used for only 1 day.
