摘    要:以橙类三大类型品种——普通甜橙、脐橙、血橙成熟期果实为试材,对各种甜橙品种果实的主要品质特性,包括果皮颜色、单果重、果形指数、种子数、出汁率、可食率、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、固酸比和维生素C等指标进行测定和比较分析。结果表明,脐橙单果重最大,种子最少,可食率、可溶性固形物及维生素C含量最高,血橙果实品质优于普通甜橙,长寿区的塔罗科血橙品质较佳,可能与其特殊的气候环境相关。

Comparative analysis on fruit quality of main orange in Chongqing
Abstract:Three major orange types, ordinary orange, navel orange and blood orange, were used as test materials. The main quality characteristics of the fruits of various orange varieties, such as skin color, fruit weight, fruit shape index,seed number,juice yield,edible rate,soluble solids,titrable acid,solid acid ratio and vitamin C were used.The measurement and comparison analysis were carried out.The results showed that the weight of single fruit of navel orange was the highest,the number of seeds was the least,the edible rate,soluble solids and vitamin C content were the highest.Meanwhile,blood orange fruit quality was better than ordinary sweet orange.The quality of Taluoke"s blood orange in Changshou district was better and may be related to its origin.
