缺锌对枳砧、枳橙砧纽荷尔脐橙生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用砂培培养的方法,研究了缺锌对两种不同砧木“纽荷尔”脐橙生长指标、光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性以及各部位锌含量的影响,并对两种不同砧木组合的“纽荷尔”脐橙耐缺锌能力进行了比较。结果表明:(1)0.001mg/L锌浓度处理300天,枳橙砧表现出明显的叶脉间黄化症状,枳砧虽有黄化症状出现,但并不明显;(2)与正常处理(0.05mg/L)相比,缺锌(0.001mg/L)处理使枳砧和枳橙砧各部位锌含量都有所降低,而枳橙砧幼叶和砧木茎锌含量则分别降低了38.27%、38.24%,枳砧无显著变化;(3)与对照相比,缺锌使枳橙砧Chl a、Chl b、Car和总叶绿素含量分别降低37.44%、34.50%、29.42%、44.18%,而枳砧变化并不显著;(4)缺锌也致使两者的POD、CAT活性显著降低,但枳橙砧降低的幅度远远大于枳砧,而对于SOD来说,枳砧降低了12.19%,枳橙砧变化并不显著。同时,也分析了两者在耐缺锌性方面存在差异的机理。

Effects of zinc deficiency on the physiologies and biochemistries of two citrus grafted plants
Abstract:In this research, the physiological characteristics of Newhall navel orange grafted onto trifoliate orange (Ns/Tr) and citrange (Ns/Cr) under zinc deficiency were analyzed through sand culture. The growth index, zinc contents, photosynthetic pigment content and antioxidant enzyme activity were compared to evaluate the low zinc tolerance of two grafted combinations. The results show that: (1) Ns/Cr showed leaf veins yellowing, however no symptoms were showed in Ns/Tr; (2) Zinc deficiency decrease the zinc content of two grafted combinations. The zinc content in young leaf and rootstock stem of Ns/Cr reduced 38.27% and 38.24%, respectively, while no significantly differences were detected in Ns/Tr; (3) Under the zinc deficient condition, the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid and total Chl were decreased 37.44%, 34.50%, 29.42% and 44.18% in Ns/Cr, respectively, while no significant change in Ns/Tr; (4) Zinc deficiency decreased the POD and CAT activities in two grafted combinations, however, the decrease degree in Ns/Cr was higher than Ns/Tr. Moreover, the activity of SOD was decreased 12.19% in Ns/Cr, whereas no significantly changes were detected in Ns/Tr.
