| 摘 要： | 以不同浓度的柱花草（Stylosanthes guianensis）水浸提液根施柑桔(Citrus reticulate Blanco)幼苗，观测柑桔幼苗生长的情况。结果表明，较高浓度的柱花草浸提液对柑桔幼苗生长均有促进作用；柱花草浸提液处理使柑桔植株增高，叶片增多，叶面积增大，生物量增加，植株全磷和全钾量增加。试验结果表明，100 mg.mL-1的柱花草浸提液处理对柑桔幼苗生长的促进作用最佳。

Effects of Stylosanthes guianensis Extracts on Growth of Citrus Seedlings |

| Abstract: | Citrus seedlings (Citrus reticulate Blanco) were irrigated with water extracts of Stylosathes guianensis in different concentrations of 0 mg.mL-1, 12.5 mg.mL-1, 25 mg.mL-1, 50 mg.mL-1, 100 mg.mL-1. The results showed that the extracts in higher concentrations could enhance the growth of citrus seedlings. The treatments increased the height, the leaf area, the leaf number, and the biomass of the seedlings. In addition, the content of total phosphorus and total potassium of the seedlings were increased by the treatments. It''s suggested that 100 mg.mL-1 of the extracts of Stylosathes guianensis is effective for growth of citrus seedlings. |
