摘    要:以3种中国常用柑橘砧木枳、红橘和香橙为材料,采用体视显微镜和扫描电镜等方法对其根系生长和根毛形态进行观察,探讨根系形态差异与砧木树体不同表现特征间的关系。结果表明:3种砧木苗期地上、地下部生长发育差异显著,根系生物量和根冠比均表现为红橘>香橙>枳。各种砧木根系形态特征差异较大,其中枳实生苗表现为侧根较发达;红橘和香橙主根生长较好,侧根数和侧根长度低于枳。 3种柑橘砧木根毛均不分叉,分布不均匀,且侧根根毛密度显著高于主根根毛密度。柑橘各砧木品种的根毛形态和根毛分布差异较大,其中红橘和香橙主、侧根根毛密度大于枳,枳根毛分布表现为从根基部到根尖根毛密度依次递减,但红橘根毛分布与之相反;而香橙根毛密度为中段﹥下段﹥上段。3种柑橘砧木中红橘根系生物量和根冠比最大,表明其苗期根系生长的速度较快。

Study on root growth and root hair morphology in 3 citrus rootstock varieties under sand culture
Abstract:Abstract: This pot experiment was conducted to observe the difference of root growth and root hair morphology in citrus rootstock varieties at seedling stage under sand culture, and to investigate the correlations of root morphological differences and perform future of rootstocks. The results showed that the growth of up-ground part and under-ground part of seedling from citrus rootstock varieties was obviously different. The fresh weight of root and the root-shoot ratio at seedling stage was in the sequence of Citrus reticulata >Citrus junos > Poncirus trifoliata. Morphological characteristics of various rootstock roots are quite different, which Poncirus trifoliata lateral root showed more developed, the Citrus reticulata and Citrus junos taproot growth was better. In addition, the root hair of all citrus rootstocks showed are not forked, were distributed asymmetrically, and the lateral root hair density greater than the density of root hairs. The root hair morphology and distribution of root hairs in citrus rootstocks have large differences, where the taproot and the lateral root hair density of Citrus reticulata and Citrus junos were significantly higher than other varieties. The density of Poncirus trifoliata dropped gradually from top of the root to apical, but the distribution of the red-orange hairs contrary, while the root hair density of Citrus junos was middle of root > root tip >top of the root. The root growth of Citrus reticulata is faster because its root biomass and root-shoot ratio was higher than other citrus rootstocks, and Citrus junos has more root hair.
