外源亚精胺对葡萄耐旱性的影响

摘    要::为了阐明亚精胺(Spd)对葡萄耐旱性的影响,以红提葡萄为材料,在干旱条件下,喷施1mmol/L Spd,处理30天,研究在干旱条件下喷施Spd对红提葡萄叶片叶绿素含量、光合指标、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和SOD、POD、CAT活性的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施Spd可提高叶片的叶绿素含量和光合指标、提高可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量,提高SOD、POD、CAT的活性,及时清除干旱所引起的植物体内积累的活性氧,降低丙二醛的含量,减轻干旱胁迫对葡萄的伤害,提高葡萄的耐旱性。

Effect of Spraying Spd on Drought Tolerance of Grape
Abstract:In order to clarify the effects of Spd on drought tolerance of grape, Red globe grape was taken as experimental material. Red globe grape was treated by Spd(1mmol/L ) for 30 days under drought stress. The effects of spraying Spd in grape leaves on photosynthetic indexes, contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, pro, MDA and activity of SOD, POD, CAT under drought stress were studied. The results showed that Spd improved photosynthetic indexes of grape leaves, improved contents of chlorophyll ,soluble sugar and pro , improved activity of SOD, POD, CAT. The active oxygen of accumulation caused by drought stress was removed timely in plants. MDA content decreased. The damage to grape was alleviated under drought stress. The drought tolerance of grape was improved.
