摘    要:本文用发根农杆菌(Agrobacterium rhizogenes)的不同菌株,通过叶盘法对桔梗进行了感染试验。阐述了发根农杆菌诱导桔梗产生发状根的能力(简称诱导能力)及其影响因素;将发状根分离、除菌后,在不含激素的MS及其改良的培养基上培养,具有较高的增长速度。在发状根培养物中检测到甘露碱(Maenopine)和农杆碱(Agropine),证明发根农杆菌Ri质粒T—DNA已整合到桔梗核基因组中。

Abstract:Different species of agrobecterium rhizogenes which had ri-plasm id were used to infect leaf discs of pladtcodon grandiflarum A. DC. The capability and the condition by A. rhizogenes were induced to produce hairy roots of P. grundiflorum A. DC. They grew fast in MS medium of no hormone or improved MS medium after hairy roots were separated and removed A. rhizogenes, Maenopine and Agropine were detected in the hairy rootcultures. This proved the T-DNA of A. rhizogenes ri-plasmid was transfered into the nuclear genome of P. grandiflorum A. DC.
