酶法测定亚麻籽中的植酸含量

摘    要:以消化法测定的亚麻籽总磷、无机磷含量为基准,采用正交试验方法对植酸酶反应条件和测无机磷条件进行了研究。试验结果表明,植酸酶的最佳使用条件是:反应液pH值为4.0,反应时间为9 h,加酶量为1:1;测无机磷的条件是:反应液pH值为5.0,反应时间为6 h,温度为60℃。

Abstract:Using the quantity of total phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus in flax seed measured by the digestion method as standard,the reaction condition of phytase and the measuring condition of inorganic phosphorus are studied by the orthogonal experimental method.The test results show that the optimum condition of using phytase is:the reaction liquid pH is 4.0,the reaction time is 9 h,enzyme quantity added is 1:1;The optimum condition for measuring the inorganic phosphorus is:the reaction liquid pH is 5.0,the reaction time is 6 h,the temperature is 60℃.
