沙棘产品收获与加工技术现状与展望

摘    要:对我国沙棘果实、沙棘叶的采收和加工状况进行了归纳,系统分析了沙棘饮料、沙棘酒、沙棘油和沙棘叶提取物等产品特点,概括了上述产品加工关键技术和重要参数,建议对沙棘果采用冷冻贮藏或者部分玻璃化状态贮藏,深度开发高档沙棘冰酒和胶囊化、微胶囊化沙棘油产品。

Abstract:The current situation of harvest and processing for Hippophae fruits and leaves is reviewed,and beverage,wine, oil and leaf extracted products made from Hippophae are comparatively studied.The product characteristics,key technologies and processing parameters are provided.The storage of Hippophae fruits like freezing and part glass state,high grade ice wine and oil in capsule as well as micro-capsule are recommended.
