紫外分光光度法测定罗汉果中黄酮类化合物

摘    要:选用紫外分光光度法测定了罗汉果中黄酮类化合物的含量,并得到了满意结果。同时,研究了甲醇的水溶液作溶剂回流提取罗汉果中黄酮类化合物,分别对甲醇浓度、浸泡时间及投料率等条件进行了最优化试验,当甲醇体积分数50%,浸泡时间1.5 h,投料率为1:10时,黄酮提取率最佳。用芦丁为基准物,在波长362 nm处用紫外分光光度法分析其含量,相关系数r>0.99,测得甲醇水溶液提取罗汉果中黄酮类化合物含量为1%左右,本方法可以用于实际测定罗汉果中黄酮类化合物含量。

Abstract:This article tests the content of flavonoids in Siraitia grosvenorii by UV and the result is satisfied.The Methanol-H_2O dissolvent backflow to extract flavonoids in Siraitia grosvenorii is researched,and the content of MeOH-H_2O,the time of soaking and the mass ratio of the Siraitia grosvenorii and the dissolvent are optimized.It is found that optimal conditions is 50%,1.5 h,1:10.The rutin as reference material,the content of flavonoids is test using UV in 362 nm,r>0.99.The content of flavonoids in Siraitia grosvenorii is about 1%.The method can be used to determine the content of flavonoids in Siraitia grosvenorii.
