摘    要:从温度、pH、光照周期、氨氮、溶氧及盐度6个方面探讨了作为渔业生产开口饵料的轮虫的培育条件的优化,从单胞藻、酵母、有机碎屑和细菌等方面探讨了轮虫各种饵料的优缺点,并对轮虫工厂化生产中存在的问题进行了分析.

Abstract:The optimization of culture conditions of rotifer was discussed from 6 aspects of temperature, pH, photoperiod, ammonia nitrogen, dissolved oxygen and salinity. The advantages and disadvantages of dietary were discussed from aspects of algae, yeast, bacteria and detritus. The existing problems in production of rotifer were analyzed.
