DE型氧化沟对城市污水的处理效果

摘    要:以采用DE型氧化沟工艺的乌鲁木齐某污水处理厂为例,在选用聚合硫酸铁实施化学除磷的基础上,对DE型氧化沟处理污染物的效果进行分析。结果表明,温度影响DE型氧化沟对BOD5、COD的去除效果,平均水温为15.9℃的3、4月份去除率分别为91.8%和86.6%;而平均水温上升到21.5℃的5、6月份BOD5、COD的去除率上升至96.5%和90.0%。由于聚合硫酸铁的作用,SS去除不受温度的限制,达到92.0%的良好去除效果。DE型氧化沟对TN、NH3-N具有良好的去除效果,出水均值分别为19.65和4.91 mg/L。DE型氧化沟对TP的去除效果不佳,在添加聚合硫酸铁实施化学除磷的情况下,出水TP均值也仅为1.2 mg/L。

DE Oxidation Ditch Treatment of Urban Sewage

Abstract:With a sewage treatment plant in Urumqi as an example,on the basis of selecting polymeric ferric sulfate to operate chemical phosphorus removal,the effect of DE oxidation ditch treatment was analyzed.The results showed that temperature affects the removal efficiency of BOD5 and COD.The removal rate could be up to 91.8% and 86.6% in March and April when the average water temperature was 15.9 ℃,while the removal rates respectively reach 96.5% and 90.0% in May and June when the average water temperature rose to 21.5 ℃.Because of polymeric ferric sulfate,the removal of SS was without temperature restrictions,and it achieved a good removal rate of 92.0%.DE oxidation ditch also has a good effect on the removal of TN and NH3-N,and their effluent means were 19.65 and 4.91 mg/L respectively.But DE oxidation ditch was not effective on the removal of TP,the mean of effluent TP only achieved 1.2 mg/L under the circumstances that the polymeric ferric sulfate was used to implement chemical phosphorus removal.
