摘    要:摘要:本文建立了辛硫磷在油菜和土壤中的残留分析方法,研究了40%辛硫磷乳油在油菜和土壤中的消解动态和最终残留。辛硫磷最小检出量为3.125?10-11g,最低检出浓度为0.01mg/kg。土壤中的平均回收率为95%~107%,相对标准偏差2.31%~5.96%;油菜平均回收率为88%~93%,相对标准偏差4.63%-9.90%。试验结果表明,辛硫磷在油菜和土壤中易降解,北京油菜、土壤的半衰期分别为0.4d和1.2d,山东油菜、土壤的半衰期分别为0.3d和1.7d。在油菜生长期,使用辛硫磷540和810 g a.i./hm2分别施药3次和4次,最后1次施药距采收间隔期为3 d、7 d、14 d。

Abstract:The analytical method of phoxim in cole and soil samples, and the dissipation residue in cole and soil were studied. The limits of quantification and detection of phoxim and 0.01 mg/kg, respectively. The recovery of soil fortified samples ranged from 95% to of 40% phoxim EC were 3.125×10^-11 g 107% with relative standard deviation of 2.31% to 5.96%, and cole fortified samples ranged from 88% to 93% with relative standard deviation of 4,63% to 9.90%. Halflife of phoxim in cole and soil was 0.3 d to 0.4 d and 1.2 d to 1.7 d, respectively. Cole was treated for 3 or 4 times with two concentrations, and at 7d, 14 d, and 21 d before harvest.
