摘    要:以新采收的小型西瓜"美月"种子为试材,以不同浓度的赤霉素(0.005%、0.01%、0.02%、0.03%)和硝酸钾溶液(0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%)浸种处理,试验结果表明,上述2种物质均可提高西瓜的发芽率和发芽势。0.01%赤霉素处理发芽率最高,发芽率为98%;硝酸钾溶液浸种处理以0.1%的硝酸钾浸种发芽率最高,发芽率为96%。

Abstract:In the test, new harvest watermelon seeds "meiyue"were soaked with different gibberellin and potassium nitrate solution to see the effect. The test showed that the treatment can improve the seed germination. When seeds are soaked with 100 ppm gibberellin solution, the germination is best, and the percentage of germination is 98%. For potassium nitrate solution soaking, 0.1% solution is best, and the seed germination percentage is 96%.
