摘    要:“食品营养学”是一门理论性和实践性都很强的食品专业课,将翻转课堂、PBL教学和案例式教学等特殊教学形式引入课堂非常必要。在丰富学生学习模式、改善教学环境、优化教学计划的同时,增加与学生的交流沟通,鼓励学生积极参与大学生创新课题,有助于提升“食品营养学”的教学效果。

Talking About the Teaching Effect Improvement of Food Nutrition

Abstract:Food Nutrition is a strong theoretical and practical food specialty course.It is necessary to introduce special teaching forms such as flipping classroom,PBL teaching and case-based learning teaching into the classroom.At the same time,enriching students'learning patterns,improving the teaching environment,optimizing teaching plans,increasing communication with students,and encouraging students to actively participate in innovative topics of college students could help improve the teaching effect of Food Nutrition.
