| 摘 要： | 本文对武汉市首义公园等地的兰花炭疽病（ColletotrichumorchidearumAlleschf,CymbidiiAllesch）进行了病情调查、病原菌鉴定。孢子萌发试验和药剂筛选等项研究结果表明，春兰（CymbidiumgoeringiiRchb.f.）较感病，惠兰（CymbidiumfaberiRolfe）次之，建兰（CymbidiumensifoliumCL.）和墨兰（Cymbisiumsinense（Andr）Wild）较抗病;兰炭疽病菌的分生孢子在清水中萌发率很低，一定的营养物质对其有刺激作用;兰炭疽病菌主要通过伤口侵入叶片，病菌的潜育期为15d;5种杀菌剂中多菌灵、炭疽福美这两种在室内药剂筛选中对兰花炭疽病菌有良好抑制作用.

| Abstract: | The symptom and diserse index of cymbidium anthracnose of different cymbidium species, germination of the conidium, the test of isolation and inoculation, and several germicides screening were studied in the lab or in the fields. The results showed that goering cymbidium was susceptible but swordleaf cymbidium and Chinese cymbidium were resistant to Colletotrichum orchidearum Allesch f. cymbidii. The nutrient substances could promote germination of the conidium. Among five kinds of germitides, carbendazim and thiram ziram could restrain growing of the mycelium obriously in the test of the lab. |
