摘    要:利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,检测了11份不同居群马蔺种质材料叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、酯酶(EST)同工酶的2个酶系统22个同工酶位点,分析马蔺营养生长和生殖生长阶段的同工酶变化。结果表明,11份马蔺种质叶片共有13种POD酶带,9种EST酶带,其中,基本谱带8条,特征谱带4条;与生殖生长阶段相比较,马蔺营养生长阶段E...

Abstract:The POD and EST isozyme banding patterns were studied for wild germplasm and materials of Chinese Iris through vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Different activity levels and phenotypic groups were detected in studied enzyme systems. In tested 11 germplasms and materials,21 POD and EST loci were obtained from 2 enzyme systems of 11 Chinese Iris in vegetative and reproductive growth stages. The result showed that the 22 enzyme bands presented at the tested materials,13 of which were presented at POD zymo- gram and nine at EST zymogram,8 basic enzyme bands and 4 specific enzyme bands were respectively obtained. There were more isozyme bands obtained during vegetative stage and POD bands in reproductive stage were clearer than that in vegetative stage,EST bands were clear during vegetative. In addition, the leaf bud in vegetative growth stage was the best for EST test,while the one in reproductive growth stage was the best for POD test.
