中药双联用复方对养殖鳗鲡主要致病菌的抑制作用研究

摘    要:筛选单用抑菌作用较强的6种中药药材,依据棋盘法设计15种双联用复方,采用超微药粉琼脂稀释法测定各系列浓度组合的复方对养殖鳗鲡18株常见致病菌的抑制作用.实验结果表明,15种双联用复方对18株致病菌中绝大多数菌株的抑制作用比6种中药单用的抑菌作用强,呈现协同效应(FIE≤1)的比例占85.7%,其中显著协同(FIC≤0.5)占20.4%;复方抑菌作用未发生变化(1〈FIC〈2)的占11.1%;仅3.2%出现拮抗作用(FIE≥2).说明,合理的中药联用可提高中药单用对致病菌的抑制作用,降低复方中单个中药的抑菌浓度.

Antibacterial Activity Analysis for Double-compounds of Chinese Herbs Against Pathogenic Bacteria from Cultured Eels

Abstract:Six Chinese herbs were screened, which had the strong inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria from cultured eels in vitro, and were first ground into 5 -10 ttm powder with ultra-pulverizator. Then they were mixed one by one based on chessboard experimental method to get fifteen kinds of compounds of Chinese herbs. To study antibacterial activity of the double-compounds, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the double-compounds against eighteen pathogenic bacteria from eels were measured with agar dilution method. The results showed that the fifteen kinds of Chinese herbs double-combinations had synergism antibacterial effects against pathogenic bacteria at different extend, and antibacterial activity of almost all compounds had increased. The ratios of FIC ≤1 and FIC ≤0. 5 to all FIC were 85. 7 % and 20. 4 % respectively, the propor- tion of 1 〈 FIC 〈 2 which was no change in inhibitory effect of compound was 11.1%, while the proportion of FIC≥2 only accounted for 3.2 % to all. The study also indicated that rational use of Chinese herbal cornpounds not only could increase drug antimicrobial efficacy, but also could significantly reduce the concentration of Chinese herbs in the compounds.
