| 摘 要： | 为避免金边虎皮兰在水培转化过程中发生烂根现象,试验采用白糖、医用B12、NAA、IBA等4种生根剂另加CK(清水)处理植株根部,促进水生根的产生。结果表明:用30 mg/L的NAA处理虎皮兰,30 d后平均根数增加为3根,平均根长增加为2.9 cm,单株鲜重增加为25.6 g,新生叶片总数为2片,效果最好,建议实践中使用此药剂处理。
