摘    要:为了研究不同种植参数对夏大豆产量和光合特性的影响,以夏大豆品种‘宝豆6号’和‘秦豆10号’为试验材料,采用4因素3水平的正交试验设计。结果表明:不同处理对夏大豆产量和光合性能的影响存在差异(P<0.05),处理3产量达最高,较其他处理高2.24%~24.27%,且净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率优势明显,较其他处理分别高17.31%~61.44%、5.26%~28.62%和6.8%~9.36%;处理3叶片水分利用效率最高,其次是处理6,处理7最低,且花期的水分利用效率要优于鼓粒期;播期6月20日、密度 15万株/hm2、复合肥225 kg/hm2和硼肥3.0 kg/hm2分别具有较高的叶片水分利用效率。种植参数组合对夏大豆产量和光合性能具有显著影响,处理3为适宜的种植参数组合。

Abstract:To study the effects of different planting parameters on yield and photosynthetic characteristics of summer soybean, taking ‘Baodou 6’ and ‘Qindou 10’ as experimental materials, we set the orthogonal design (L934) with 4 factors and 3 levels. The results showed that: different treatments had different effects on yield and photosynthetic characteristics (P<0.05), the yield of treatment 3 was the highest which increased by 2.24%-24.27% compared with that of others; moreover, Pn, Ci, and Tr of treatment 3 were the highest, and they increased by 17.31%-61.44%, 5.26%-28.62%, 6.8%-9.36% compared with that of others, respectively; leaf WUE of treatment 3 was the highest, the next was treatment 6, and the last was treatment 7; leaf WUE of blooming period was higher than that of seed-filling phase; the planting date (20 June), planting density (150000 plants/hm2), compound fertilizer (225 kg/hm2), and boric fertilizer (3.0 kg/hm2) had the highest leaf WUE in tested phase. The combination of planting parameters has a significant effect on the yield and photosynthesis performance of summer soybean, and treatment 3 is an optimal planting group.
