| 摘 要： | 中非农业科技合作是中非农业合作的重要组成部分,推进中非农业科技合作有利于帮助非洲国家解决粮食危机、实现农业可持续发展,以及提高发展中国家全球粮农治理话语权。本文立足于当前中非农业科技合作的战略机遇,围绕科研平台建设、项目合作、技术示范、人力资源培训等几个方面分析了中非农业科技合作现状,并指出在合作机制、推广深度、高新技术、可持续效力等方面存在的不足,由此提出创新中非农业科技合作机制、丰富合作模式、加强推广力度、拓展合作领域、提高科技含量、促进科技与产业相结合,以及推进人才培养与能力建设等对策建议。

| Abstract: | China-Africa agricultural science and technology cooperation is an important part of China-Africa agricultural cooperation. Promoting China-Africa agricultural science and technology cooperation will help African countries solve the food crisis, achieve sustainable agricultural development, and improve the discourse power of developing countries in global food and agriculture governance. Based on the strategic opportunities of China-Africa agricultural science and technology cooperation, this paper analyzes the current situation from the scientific research platform construction, project cooperation, technology demonstration and human resource training, and points out the shortcomings in cooperation mechanism, technology promotion depth, high-tech, sustainable effectiveness, etc. The countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: Innovating the cooperation mechanism, enriching the cooperation mode, strengthening the technology promotion, expanding the cooperation field, improving science and technology, promoting the combination of science and technology with industry, as well as the personnel training and capacity building. |
