我国土壤环境功能区划内涵及其框架

摘    要:土壤环境功能是土壤的重要属性之一,正确理解土壤环境功能区划内涵,恰当划分土壤环境功能区,对于高效开发利用和管理土壤资源,促进环境保护,保障农产品生产和食品安全意义重大。土壤环境功能包括生产保障功能、生态保护功能、承载维持功能,本文以此为依据,建立了区划指标体系。土壤环境功能区划是指根据土壤的环境现状,并根据国家或地区经济与社会发展的需要,将土壤划分为不同类型的土壤环境功能区。本文以土壤环境功能区划内涵、基本思路和指标体系为基础,提出了我国土壤三级环境功能体系的初步框架,以为深入进行土壤环境功能区划工作奠定基础。

Abstract:Soil environmental function is one of the important soil properties. Correct understanding of soil environmental function regionalization connotation and appropriate soil environmental function division enable effective use and management of soil resources, which is much most stratagem significance to the environment protection and food safety. Soil environment function includes production security function, ecological protection function and carrying maintenance function, on the basis of which the index system is established. Soil environmental function regionalization refers to divide into different types of soil environmental function area according to the soil environment present situation and the national or regional economic and social development needs. Based on the soil environmental function regionalization connotation, basic thought and index system, the preliminary framework of soil environment function regionalization system in China is proposed, which provides the foundation in-depth for soil environmental function regionalization.
