| 摘 要： | 以长汀县东大街历史街区控制性详细规划为例,探讨了在规划过程中应用GIS的设计方法,以助于协调历史街区保护与更新的矛盾,避免以往控制性详细规划中过于偏重空间形体规划的弊病,提供了确定规划控制指标的定量分析手段和实施规划管理的数据平台.

| Abstract: | East street in Changting county was adopted to study the application of GIS technology in historic district regulatory detailed planning.GIS technology not only can harmonize the protection and the renewal of historic district,but also can avoid overweighing the physique planning.GIS technology can provide the quantitative analytic means for planning control index and the data platform for the management of planning. |
