| 摘 要： | 目的]为优质核桃品种选育或资源开发提供依据。方法]以采自兴山县11株琥珀核桃优株坚果为试材,果实成熟后分株采收,自然风干充分混合后随机抽取2.5 kg样果,测定其8个主要经济性状。结果]核桃优株坚果近球形,单果重9.48~13.73 g,仁重5.42~7.02 g,出仁率48.38%~63.62%,粗脂肪67.85~79.12 g/100 g,粗蛋白9.84~23.23 g/100 g,总糖2.46~6.89 g/100 g,含水率4.56%~6.56%,壳厚1.10~1.21 mm。依据核桃坚果质量等级GB/T20398-2006国家标准,优株XS0706、XS0709、XS0702、XS0708单果重达到国家特级标准;优株XS0704、XS0705、XS0703、XS0709、XS0708、XS0702出仁率达到特级标准;全部供试优株粗脂肪含量均高于国家特级标准;优株XS0702、XS0708、XS0701、XS0704、XS0710、XS0707、XS0709、XS0711、XS0703的粗蛋白含量达到国家特级标准。结论]兴山琥珀核桃营养丰富,商品性状好,建议利用现有嫁接繁殖技术建立优质核桃产业基地。

Analysis of Major Economic Characters of Superior Plant's Nuts of Amber Walnut in Xingshan |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research was aimed to provide the basis for variety breeding or resource exploitation of high quality walnut.Method] With 11 superior plants' nuts of amber walnut in Xingshan as test material,the fruit was harvested per plant after maturing,which was randomly selected by 2.5kg of fruit sample after air dried naturally and fully mixed,and then 8 major economic characters were determined.Result] The walnut superior plants' nuts were nearly spherical,their single fruit weight,kernel and weight kernel percent were 9.48-13.73 g,5.42-7.02 g and 48.38-63.62% resp.,their crude fat,crude protein and total sugar were 67.85-79.12 g/100 g,9.84-23.23 g/100 g and 2.46-6.89 g/100 g resp.,and their moisture content and thickness of shell were 4.56%-6.56% and 1.10-1.21 mm resp.According to the national standard of walnut nuts quality classification(GB/T20398-2006),the single nut weight of superior plants XS0706,XS0709,XS0702 and XS0708 reached to the national special class standard;the kernel percent of superior plants XS0704,XS0705,XS0703,XS0709,XS0708,XS0702 came up to the national special class standard;the content of crude fat of all tested plants were higher than national special class standard;the crude protein content of superior plants of XS0702,XS0708,XS0701,XS0704,XS0710,XS0707,XS0709,XS0711 and XS0703 were all reached to national special class standard.Conclusion] The Xingshan amber walnut was in rich nutrition and good economic characters,and was suggested to build up high quality walnut industry base by using present grafting propagation technology. |
