Abstract:Tortoise-turtle Nutrivtive Liquid was rifined of natural, special species of tortoise, turtle, the fruit of Chinese wolfberry(Lycium chinense) and the tuber of multiflower knotweed (Polygonum multiflorum), etc, using edible neutral proteinase biological preparation. The product is of the fine color and flavour and delicious taste. This paper has introduced the formula, processing technique and quality requirements of the nutritive liquid.
