摘    要:通过盆栽试验研究了表面活性剂与螯合剂,在强化植物吸收土壤重金属中的作用结果表明,表面活性剂SAA和螯合剂EDTA的使用能显著增加土壤有效态重金属的含量,有利于植物对重金属的吸收,同时还促使重金属由植物根部向地上部转移,强化重金属的植物修复。从植物体内重金属浓度考虑,强化效果的最优组合条件为在污染土壤中种植雪菜,播种前添加1mmol/kg TX-100,收获前10d添加5mmol/kg EDTA(即A2B2C1D2E2);从植物吸收总量考虑,则以在相同条件下种植玉米为最佳(即A282C1D2E1),即作为C4植物的玉米有更高的生物量,而作为C3植物的雪菜则更容易积累重金属。

Abstract:A pot trial was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of surfactant-EDTA-enhanced phytoextraction of heavy metals, Cd and Cu, by corn and mustard plants. The results showed that the application of the surfactant SAA and the chelator EDTA significantly increased the concentrations of the available heavy metals in the soil, thus facilitating their uptake by the plants and promoting their transfer from the roots to the shoots. The concentration of heavy metals in the shoots was in a significant positive correlation with that in the soil. Corn, as a C_4 plant, had greater biomass, while mustard, which is a C_3 plant, is more like to accumulate heavy metals.
