| 摘 要： | 1989～1990年,对LRH-A_3提高种鸡、种鸭的产蛋率进行了研究,结果表明:LRH-A_3可显著影响种禽的产蛋率,但不同的给药途径影响不一样。注射给药对产蛋率没有影响,甚至略有下降;口服给药后产蛋种鸡率可提高10.59％,种鸭提高8.46％,且对母禽的健康。蛋的质量及孵化率均无不良影响。其方法简单,易于推广,有较高的社会经济效益。

| Abstract: | An experiment for the increase of rate of lay in breeding birds with Luliberin analogs (LRH-A3) was carried out during the two years from 1989 to 1990. Results indicated that oral administration of LRH-Aj to the breeding hens and ducks could raise their egg production by 10. 59% and 8. 46% respectively. There was a significant statistical difference (P<0. 01) as compared to the control groups. No side-effects were detected as to the health of the breeders for the quality and hatchability of eggs following oral administration of LRH-A3. The method was found simple and easy for extensive application. |
