| 摘 要： | 在介绍虚拟研究中心基本概念及国内外研究、应用现状的基础上，分析了虚拟研究中心的特点及优势。结合目前我国水电开发中面临的机遇和挑战，论述了水电开发企业组建虚拟研究中心的必要性，并提出了水电开发虚拟研究中心的组建形式及组织结构设计。

| Abstract: | After a brief introduction to the concept,and research and application status of the virtual research center,the characters and advantages of the virtual research center is analyzed.In combination with the opportunities and challenges of hydropower development in China,this paper describes the necessity of establishing a virtual research center for hydropower development enterprises.And the establishing modes and management structure design of the hydropower virtual research center are also presented. |
