| 摘 要： | 自的]系统研究“索邦”百合鳞片扦插繁殖技术。方法]以“索邦”百合一级种球为试验材料，分别从鳞片消毒处理、鳞片层次、扦插时间和激素处理4个方面研究鳞片扦插繁殖的最佳条件。结果]“索邦”百合种球经冷库（0～3℃）处理3个月后取外层鳞片，用百茵清＋甲基托布津1000倍液分别消毒20min，经100mg／L的ABTI^#处理2h后扦插，能明显提高小籽球的繁殖数量和质量。结论]该研究为“索邦”百合种球的国产化生产提供了技术支持。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the cutting propagation technique of Lilium orential 'sorbonne'.Method] The first bulbs of 'Sorbonne' were used as test materials,and the optimum scale disinfection method,scale levels,cutting time and hormone treatment were investigated,respectively.Result] The optimum cutting propagation condition of Lilium prential 'sorbonne' were as follows: 0-3 ℃ for three months,disinfecting with 1 000 times chlorothalonil and thiophanate methyl solution for 20 min,treating with 100 mg/L ABT1﹟ for 2 h.Conclusion] This study provides technical support for the Localization of Lilium orential 'sorbonne' in China. |
