| 摘 要： | 生态环境是人类赖以生存的基础,保护生态环境的一条重要途径就是建立自然保护区。自然保护区是开展自然保护工作的重要基地,对保护、恢复、发展和合理利用自然资源,保存自然历史产物,改善人类环境,以及促进生产、文化、教育、卫生等事业的发展都有重要的意义。根据相关统计数据从发展速度、区域分布、地区比较、归属权限、构成类型等多个方面分析了中国自然保护区的建设与发展状况。中国自然保护区建设速度较快,但也存在着一些问题,文中有针对性地从规范管理体系、科学规划保护区规模以及完善法律法规体制等方面提出了一些建设性建议。

| Abstract: | The construction and development of nature preserve of China were analyzed from the perspectives of construction speed,spatial distribution and comparison,administration right and types.As a result,the construction speed of nature preserve of China was fast,but some problems still existed.Suggestions such as standardization of management system,scientific planning of protected areas scales,as well as the improvement of the laws and regulations system were proposed. |
