响应面法优化超声波辅助提取绒藤脂溶性成分的工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究绒藤脂溶性成分的超声波辅助提取方法。方法]通过单因素试验和SAS响应面分析法优化超声波辅助提取绒藤脂溶性成分的工艺方法,探讨不同提取剂、提取次数、提取时间、料液比和功率对提取效果的影响。结果]结果表明,超声波辅助提取绒藤脂溶性成分的最佳条件为:以石油醚为最佳提取剂,超声波功率700W,提取时间30min,液固比8:1(V/m)。该条件下,脂溶性成分的提取得率可达7.04%。结论]超声波辅助提取绒藤脂溶性成分可缩短提取时间,提高经济效益。
