| Abstract: | The chilled Storage of apple is one of the Key links in maintaining the fruit chain from the harvest to the consumption. Observing the change of the compressive property of apple during the chilling period made it possible to understand the process of apple postripeness and the variance of this process between varieties. The influence of different experimental methods on the result were discussed in this papar. |
