立枯丝核菌融合群对四种微量元素敏感性的研究

摘    要: Rhizoctonia solani 11个融合群及亚群共17个菌株对Cu、Fe、Zn、B四种微量元素敏感性的试验表明:当处理浓度为5mM时(此浓度下各微量元素间对立枯丝核菌抑制作用差异显著),不同融合群对4种微量元素的相对敏感性不同,而同一融合群不同菌株问敏感性的趋向一致.从对同一种量微元素不同浓度的敏感性趋势看,在不同菌株间有的相似,有的差异较大,但与融合群类群无相关性.如从微量元素对菌的抑制效果看,则以Cu最强,Zn稍次,Fe再次.B的抑制作用最弱,即使在5mM浓度下也只对AG—1、AG—7和AG—BI有一定抑制作用.

Abstract:Seventeen isolates of eleven anastomosis groups came from Japan.America and China were tested with Cu,Fe,Zn and B at 1×106 to 5×103 mM.When elements reached the concentration (5 mM),at which inhibitive effects signi-ficantly differ one another of all the elements and CK.It seems that there were AG-specific characteristic types according to the comparative sensitivity level to the 4 elements tested.The different AGs showed different sensitivity level and the same AGs were of the similar level.No relation was found in the sensitivity of AG to different concentrations of any element,aithough variation of sensitivity at various concentrations was varying among different isolates. As to inhibitive effect of elements to AG of R.solani,Cu showed the best,strictly followed by Zn,and both of them inhibited all 17 isolates strongly at 5 mM.Fe also was of some effects to all isolates at 5 mM,but not as strong as Cu or Zn.The weakest inhibitor was B,that was only effective to AG-1 (IA,IB,IC),AG-7 and AG-BI.
