樱桃李茎段离体培养与快速繁殖技术

摘    要:以引种栽培的樱桃李茎段为试材,探讨基本培养基、植物生长调节剂种类及浓度配比等多种因素对茎段腋芽萌发、生长与增殖的效应,建立离体培养的适培养条件与技术体系。结果表明:MS+IAA0.4mg/L+6-BA 0.8mg/l+琼脂7g/L+蔗糖30mg/L适宜茎段腋芽萌发和生长;增殖培养和生根培养的最适培养基分别为3/4MS+IAA 0.5mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L+琼脂6.5g/L+蔗糖30mg/L及1/2MS+IBA 1.4mg/L+琼脂7g/L+蔗糖30mg/L。

Abstract:For establishing suitable culture condition and technical system of germplasm culture,The cultural Myrobalan plum's stem segments were used as material for studying the effects of basic media,plant growth regulators,sucrose concentration and other factors on the segment's axillary bud's germination,growth and multiplication.Results showed,MS medium +IAA 0.4mg/L+6-BA 0.8mg/l+agar 7g/L+sugar 30mg/L was optimal for germination and growth of the stem segment with axillary buds;The optimal medium of bud multiply...
