摘    要:为了明确玉米褐斑病菌休眠孢子囊的萌发条件,本试验测定了不同温度、pH值、光照处理对玉米褐斑病菌休眠孢子囊萌发的影响.试验结果表明,20~35℃培养条件下玉米褐斑病菌休眠孢子囊均能萌发,适宜温度范围为26~32℃,休眠孢子囊萌发率分别为49.6%、47.5%和49.5%,适宜pH值为6~9,休眠孢子囊萌发率分别为49.3...

Abstract:Factors affecting germination of the resting sporangia of Physoderma maydis-the pathogen of maize brown spot were studied.Results showed that temperatures from 20 ℃ to 35 ℃ were suitable for the germination of the resting sporangia,but the optimum temperatures were 26 ℃,29 ℃ and 32 ℃ with the germination rates 49.6%,47.5% and 49.5%,respectively.The favorable pH value for the resting sporangia germination was 6,7,8 and 9 with the germination rates 49.3%,49.7%,45.3% and 47.3%,respectively.Maximum germination rate was obtained when sufficient light was provided.The germination rate was 45.4% and 49.6% under 24 h light and 24 h light-dark cycle(12:12 h light-darkness),which was significantly higher than that under 24 h darkness condition.However,the light intensity during 1 300~14 000 lx had no effect on the germination of the resting sporangia.The findings can provide evidence for idendification of maize brown spot diseases.
