条斑紫菜抗坏血酸过氧化酶基因的克隆及生物信息学分析

摘    要:结合电子克隆及RT-PCR技术获得条斑紫菜(Porphyrayezoensis)过氧化物酶基因。该基因cDNA序列长847 bp,包含编码245个氨基酸的开放阅读框。生物信息学分析结果显示,该基因编码蛋白无信号肽序列,与高等植物拟南芥的细胞质抗坏血酸过氧化物酶蛋白序列同源性较高,在细胞质中行使功能。此外,该基因的进化历程基本符合植物从低等到高等的进化过程。

Abstract:A novel gene of ascorbate peroxidase was cloned from Porphyrayezoensis, which with full-length of 847 bp and an open reading frame encoding 245 aa. The results of bioinformatics analysis showed that this protein sequence had no signal peptide and had highly homology to cytoplasm APX of higher plant Arabidopsis thaliana, implying PyAPX functioning in cytoplasm. Meanwhile, this gene evolved broadly in line with the evolution of plant from lower to higher.
