| 摘 要： | 桑树等桑科植物的乳汁中主要含有生物碱等化学物质。为筛选乳汁中富含1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)的药用桑树材料,采用柱前衍生化反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法,测定不同桑树品种及桑树不同部位、不同季节采集乳汁中的DNJ含量。不同桑树品种枝条中部乳汁中的DNJ含量有较大差异,其中华桑种的金寨华桑的DNJ含量高于鲁桑种的黄鲁选品种3倍之多。同一桑树品种(农桑14号)的桑树不同部位及不同收获季节采集乳汁中的DNJ含量也有差异:夏季采集的枝条中部乳汁中的DNJ质量比为6.338 mg/g,枝条顶部乳汁中的质量比为5.813 mg/g,主干基部乳汁中的质量比仅为1.638 mg/g;夏季枝干乳汁中的DNJ含量极显著高于冬季枝干乳汁中的含量。
