| 摘 要： | 几年来，我们应用三合激素、氯前列烯醇及氯前列稀醇配合孕马血清处理１５６头乏情母牛，结果３组的催经分别为８４．８％、７９．５％、８６．９％，同时配种后第一期受胎率分别为４．４％、３２．２％和４８．４％。试验表明第三组的催情率和受胎率都比较好，是提高母牛受配率的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | non-estrous famale cattle were treated with3-hormone package in- cluding estradiol,progesterone and testosterone,chloroprostaglandenol ( CPG) and combination of PMSG and CPG in the study to investigate the effects of hormones on conception rate.The result showed that the estrous rate of3groups were84 .8% ,79. 5% and86.9% respectively,the conception rate after first mating of3groups were 4 .4 % ,32 .2 % and4 8.4 % ,and the3rd group demonstrated the better estrous and con- ception rate,which is the effective method of increasing conception rate. |
