摘    要:于2014年在宜昌近郊污水排放区的周边菜地取水芹样品及其根际土样,对其重金属(Cu、Pb和Cd)含量进行了测定,同时应用单项污染指数法和综合污染指数法分析了土壤和水芹的重金属污染现状,采用目标危险系数(THQ)方法对污灌区周围人群食用蔬菜的健康风险进行了评价。结果表明:土壤中Cu和Pb在各个样点的含量均低于《土壤环境质量标准》(GB 15618—1995)二级限值,但土壤中Cd超标,且为中-重污染等级;水芹中Cu、Pb和Cd均超过《农产品安全质量无公害蔬菜安全要求》(GB 18406.1—2001)的限值,其中Pb和Cd均为重度污染,Cu为警戒-轻度污染。仅通过消耗水芹,污灌区周边成人平均每天摄入Cu、Pb、Cd的量分别为1456、127、99 μg·d-1,儿童平均每天摄入Cu、Pb、Cd的量分别为1118、97、76 μg·d-1,THQ评价表明,该区域成人和儿童摄入Cd的目标危险系数均大于1,存在健康风险。随着人们对于蔬菜消耗的剧增,各类重金属对人体产生的健康风险值将逐步增加,对人体健康产生的危害更大,故建议减少食用该地区种植的蔬菜。
