| 摘 要： | 为研究牛蛙组织形态结构，用其胸腺做组织切片和涂片，结果表明：牛蛙胸腺的皮质部和髓质部分界明显，髓质部有同心圆状胸腺小体和较多囊包及肌样细胞；胸腺中T淋巴细胞含量为(74.88±9.58)%，多数分布在髓质部，B淋巴细胞主要分布于皮质部。

| Abstract: | In order to study the histomorphology of thymus, the bull frog was chosen as test material.The paraffin sections and stained smears of thymus showed that the boundary between the cortexes and the medullas was obvious; in the medullas there were many concentric Hassalls corpuscles, endosomes, mysoid cells; the content of T-lymphocytes was (74.88±9.58)% and they mainly distributed in the medullas, while B-lymphocytes mainly distribute in the cortexes. |
