| 摘 要： | 利用偏振同步光散射对大肠杆菌Escherichia coli（E.coli）的2种不同菌株：E.coli（DH5α）、E.coli（BL-21）进行了探索性研究,结果表明,偏振同步光散射可以区分表征微生物,并进一步利用该方法建立微生物的指纹图谱库,从而使微生物的检测变得更加简便、快速、准确.
