农用车辆机械性能综合检测系统的开发

摘    要:基于农用车辆机械性能分析,设计了农用车辆综合性能检测方案,介绍了系统检测系统工作原理,建立了道路工况模型,并对发动机特性、变速器性能及制动性能进行试验分析。同时,开发了基于LabVIEW的综合系统,并与MABLAB软件混合设计,不仅拓展了开发平台功能,而且能满足多种工控性能参数的检测需求。

Abstract:The formula of vibration system testing system is designed based on the analysis of mechanical properties of farm vehicles. The principle measurement and control systems are introduced. The road condition model is established,and the engine features,transmission performance and braking performance is analyzed. The comprehensive system is developed based on LabVIEW,which is designed with MABLAB.
