| 摘 要： | 建立了反相高效液相色谱法同时测定龙胆科藏药中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的方法,即采用Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以流动相甲醇和水(含0.04%磷酸)87∶13的比例线性洗脱,流速0.8 ml/min,检测波长215 nm,柱温30℃。结果表明:2种成分均达到基线分离,齐墩果酸的线性范围为0.055~0.550μg(r=0.999 8),熊果酸的线性范围为0.041~0.410μg(r=0.999 2);齐墩果酸的平均回收率为99.3%(RSD=0.63%),熊果酸的平均回收率为97.6%(RSD=1.6%)。该方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠。

| Abstract: | To establish a quantitative method of determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid of Tebitan herbal medicine Gentianaceae simultaneously by RP-HPLC,its samples were separated with the column of Kromasil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) which was eluted with methanol and water(0.04% phosphoric acid) in 87∶13 with detected wavelength at 215 nm,flow rate at 0.8 ml/min,column temperature at 30 ℃.The results indicated two compounds were basically insolated.The linear ranges of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 0.041～0.410 μg(r=0.999 2),0.055～0.550 μg(r=(0.999 8))respectively;the average recoveries were 97.6%(RSD=1.6%),99.3%(RSD=0.63%) respectively.The method was rapid and precise. |
